Postsecondary access for all through early intervention & holistic support
College Lift provides students in area Title I schools with a comprehensive set of supports designed to propel them to postsecondary success. Over the course of their seven-year journey from 6th grade through high school graduation, College Lift students participate in up to 12 additional hours of instructional programming per week; this academic rigor is complimented by a full family engagement program, social and emotional interventions such as counseling, summer enrichment activities, and more. Upon high school graduation and completion of program requirements, College Lift students, who would be among the first in their family to attend college, are able to attend partnering institutions of higher education tuition free.
